TransAct will take back (at no charge) anything it sells and recycle it in a way that meets or exceeds the European WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) directive or its equivalent in any country we do business.
To obtain an RMA to return product for recycling, please call our Technical Support RMA department at (877) 748-4222 Option 4.
