Is it difficult to switch from manual to automated processes?
Not at all. We recognize that change seems hard. Our products and solutions are designed to be intuitive, making it easy to transform from a manual process to an automated solution. All of your employees at every location will be up to speed in no time!
How do I know which of your products is right for me?
Ask us! Our product specialists are trained to help you determine which of our products and solutions would best fit your back of house needs.
Will your product make my restaurant HACCP compliant?
Our products support HACCP compliance by ensuring compliance measures are taken. Our automated solutions eliminate errors and food safety violations caused by handwritten or other manual procedures.
How much do labels cost?
Our label pricing varies by product and adhesive type. We encourage you to check pricing on our supplies portal, or reach out to a product specialist for more information.
How much do your terminals cost?
Due to a number of variables that go into pricing, speaking with our one of our product specialists would be the best way to determine pricing.
Do you offer leases on your products?
We offer financing for each terminal. The cost per unit varies but you do have the option to buy once the financing is complete.
What type of customer service and support would I receive?
We offer general customer and technical support for all of our products. Details are based on your specific product warranty. Our TransAct Enterprise Management System (TEMS) includes an annual fee that provides unlimited tech support, as well as ongoing OS and App updates.
How long is the warranty?
Our Standard Warranty is 1 year. We offer our Premier Express Warranty which extends your coverage for a total of 3 years, with overnight replacement.

We offer a 1 Year Standard Warranty on all of our AccuDate terminals. For more complete coverage, upgrade your warranty to include the Premier Express Warranty or the Technical Support Plan. See individual product pages for details or contact a product specialist.

What is the life span of your Food Safety Terminals?
Our terminals are purpose-built for the rigors of the commercial kitchen environment. To give you an idea, our original system, the AccuDate 9700, has been in our first quick-serve restaurant since its launch in 2012, with a less than 3% repair rate.
