HAMDEN, Conn., August 24, 2016 - TransAct Technologies Incorporated (Nasdaq: TACT), a global leader in software-driven technology and printing solutions for high-growth markets, announced today that the Company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Bart Shuldman, will ring the Nasdaq Stock Market Closing Bell on Wednesday, August 24. The ceremony is being held to celebrate the Company’s 20th Anniversary and 20 years of listing on the Nasdaq exchange.
