Working in conjunction with its local distribution partner, Transcity Group, TransAct will provide attendees with insight into the proven benefits of its industry-leading Epicentral® Print System as well as a look at its award-winning family of Epic gaming ticket and receipt printers.
Epicentral is a state-of-the-art software system that allows casino operators to provide targeted promotional and bonusing coupons to their players in real-time, right at the slot machine or electronic table game. Now live at four casinos on over 5,000 gaming machines, Epicentral is delivering proven performance including a 100% increase in player average daily theoretical, a 30% increase in new player enrollment in the casino’s loyalty club in less than 90 days, a 25% increase in players qualifying for the top-tier of the players club, a 10% increase in top-tier player visits and longer time on device. With the clear value proposition offered by the Epicentral Print System, casino operators are embracing it as a key component of their marketing programs.
Deployed in conjunction with the Company’s award-winning Epic 950® ticket printer and ServerPort™ device inside the slot machine, the Epicentral Print System provides casino operators and their marketing teams with an unmatched tool to connect with their players and drive player loyalty as well as increased play and revenue on the slot floor. Operators can develop customized promotional coupons and offers and send them directly to players based on any number of flexible criteria such as uncarded player time on the machine, coin in, carded player data, rated player data, earned rewards and randomly awarded prizes, among others. Epicentral is designed to work with existing slot systems and games as it operates on a separate and distinct connection with the printer. As a result, casinos can deploy Epicentral to connect to all existing slot machines - regardless of the game's manufacturer - to enhance their customers' experience on a real-time basis.
At the 2013 Australasian Gaming Expo, TransAct will also feature its award-winning Epic gaming receipt printer, the Epic 880®, alongside Epicentral and the Epic 950 ticket printer. This gaming receipt printer is used in a variety of non-casino gaming machines such as Video Lottery Terminals, Fixed-Odds Betting Terminals, Amusement with Prizes machines and Skill with Prizes machines, and offers a modular, configurable design which provides operators with the unmatched flexibility they need.
