How do I know what firmware is currently in my Epic 430 printer?
To find out what firmware is currently in your Epic 430 printer, simply press and hold the FEED button for about 4 seconds (or until all 4 LED lights are lit), and the printer will print out a list of all the current configuration settings in the printer. After the list prints out, turn the power off on the printer and then back on. At the top of the list that is printed out, under Identification you will see “Firmware:” followed by the firmware currently in our Epic 430 printer.
