Senior Vice President of Operations

Monique Iken, Senior Vice President of Operations, joined TransAct in 2022. She has responsibility for TransAct’s Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Quality operations globally.

Monique previously worked for Protos Security, as the Vice President of Vendor Management, within a private-equity services business. Prior to this Monique held various positions at the General Electric Company, in operational roles with multiple GE businesses for over 20+ years, including Global Vendor Management Leader with GE Healthcare, Global Services Process Leader with GE Corporate, Global Quality Process Leader with GE Energy Management, Product Cost Manager with GE Energy, and Operations Leader with GE Transportation.

Monique holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and an M.B.A. in International Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She is also a Certified Six Sigma Quality Black Belt.
