With the printer plugged in, push the power switch off.
As you push the power switch back on, hold down the "new cartridge" button at the same time, once the power comes on, release the "new cartridge" button - the POSjet will start printing as shown below:
Press and release (quickly) the "new cartridge" button and the POSjet will print a sample receipt as shown below.
Press and Hold the "new cartridge" button to set the graphics mode. Press and release the "new cartridge" button to print some sample graphics.
Continue with the same pattern of Press and Hold to select, then Press and Release to print for more demos.
A. Print Configuration - Detail of the current printer settings B. Print Specs - Shows different fonts and sizes C. Print a Speed Pyramid - Shows off the print speed D. Burnin - This is a burn-in test mode. Also a good example to show the fast print speed when printing 40-columns. THIS DEMO WILL NOT STOP PRINTING UNLESS YOU PRESS AND RELEASE THE "NEW CARTRIDGE" BUTTON. E. Barcodes - Shows the barcodes embedded in the firmware F. Rolling ASCII - Again, prints the burnin test pattern. At this point you can press the "New Cartridge" button to return to the Sample Receipt in Step 3. To start the process over, begin with step 1.
