Steve DeMartino is the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of TransAct Technologies Incorporated, in Wallingford, CT (NASDAQ: TACT). He has been with TransAct for eight years, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Finance and Information Technology. Steve also held the position of Vice President and Corporate Controller. Prior to joining TransAct, Steve worked as Controller for Copart, Inc., a leading provider of salvage vehicle auction services in the United States. Steve also worked as Senior Accountant for PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Steve holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. DeMartino lives in Durham, CT with his wife Kristen and their two children.
